Right I'm gonna remove my Air Con over the next few days... Has anyone on here got a picture they wouldn't mind posting of the pully set up from the front of then engine so I know what I can and can't take off??!!! Many Thanks.... Don't wanna cut the wrong belts!!

The aircon belt is not shared with anything else, just cut the one that goes around the aircon pulley (far right).

 

The pump has 3 bolts, 2 of which are a right pain to undo. You'll need to release the gas pressure if there is any in there, at one of the aircon pipe joins (carefull, R12 is poisonous).

 

You'll have to remove main rad, to rip out the Aircon Rad and give you room to get the pump out too.

4 Bolts!! Two underneath and one at the front, one at the back and 1 of them is a pain in the A*s! (the Top Back one!!) :headvswal :)
