oh yea and could somone tell me how much oil should i put into the engine, becuase i want to change the oil sometime this week

about 4 litres but check it after. oil pressure should be higher when the oil is colder and as the engine gets warmer the gauge will drop to just under the first line on tickover.

my pressutre is always the same which is like at 0, is that normal? doesnt matter if the car stands there and i start it or of i drive for an hour straihgt its still the same

stock senders tend to kaput over time, easy thing to change or fit a after market gauge using the stock sender hole, book says 3.4 litres for a oil and filter change and 3 litres for just a oil change.
