my mate has signed a contract with the landlord that the whole house is his to rent for so and so pounds.

 

2 tenants were interested and he gave them the room. he now wants them out he has given them 3 weeks notice

 

they are very noisy smelly and loud. we have talked tot hem about this and things havent changed

 

he was reminding them yesterday that they have only 2 days left before they leave. the tenants ahvent signed a contract. where does he stand on Friday?

All sorted hopefully!! Went to the house and told the guy that he needs to leave. He agreed and said I never refused by the looks of it at that time he crapped his pant but we never know. He said yeh but you cant make me leave because my girlfriend is pregnant and if we want we can stay. I said you live on a pay as you go basis. You pay for the week not the month. You haven’t signed a contract and the landlord wants you out on Friday as some of his family are coming in and have no where as to stay.
