Razo Install

Can someone please comment on what the process is of swapping the standard auto gearbox handle to a Razo one. :confused: :confused: :confused:

 

Looked everywhere to get the existing handle off but no joy. I have undone the small screw behind the handle but the damn thing won't budge. :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal

 

Also do I need specialist tools/experience to install the aftermarket Razo or is it simple plug and play. :( :( :(
