Piss easy, just take the old one out, and shove the new one in! If only the intercooler pipes wasnt in the way! You might need to get a new jublie clip for the top rad pip going into the koyo. If it wasnt for that, it would have taken me alot less then the 4-5hours to figure it all out, remove the old rad and fit the koyo in!

Rad swap really is a piece of piss, just remove the splash guard, cap off, undo lower hose, undo top hose, pull lower fan shroud off, undo top brackets, lift it out, drop new one in, reconnect hoses, brackets etc.. fill up, done. Take about an hour, 2 if you work real slow.

Does the zed have an engine bleed point for the water system after ive put the rad in? Or will it be good enough just to run the zed with the cap off the new rad and top up until the thermostat opens?

apparently there is a bleed valve on the block somewhere, hard to get at so I gather.

Bit of a tip!-remove the plasiic bleed bung on the left,it WILL shear off!

Mine did and replaced it with a slot-head bolt. :)

Also m8, depending on your car, the top rad mounts may not fit properly.

The only hassle I had was trying to move the intercooler pipes :headvswal

Takes a bit of waggling but in she went....temp is nice n steady on the car.
