Boot removal help, please

I am just about to take off my old boot so I can put on a new one, :dance: does anyone have any idea about how to do this? If so, could you please let me know ASAP. Cheers

    Undo the laces first then get someone to pull very hard :dance:

    deffinetly a 2 man job i hav'nt taken one off but i expect you undo the gas struts, then get your mate to hold open the boot then caerfully open the hinges, you will have to strip the trim to get at the hinges, hope this helps a little

    I think as I've never done it.............

    Remove trim (three plastic pieces) and undo the gas struts from the boot (not from the car).

    4 Bolts at the top holding the hinges onto the car.

    thats it.

    Be careful! make sure your not working with a plonker as It weighs quite a bit.
