Sorry about the pun

I was jetwashing the zed earlier and was blasting the brake dust from my rims - not for the first time. Unfortunately, with the pressure of the water, a load of the silver paint on the spokes of my wheels has come off

I don't want to have to fork out for a re-furb, plus I know some companies are reluctant to touch split-rims.

Are there any paints on the market which could be used to touch them up?

Cheers,

Dave

5 Minutes - thanks for the quick response!

The wheels look like they have a white plastic coating under the silver paint that I blasted away. Hopefully the touch-up paint would stick to this ok.

I almost used one of these kits on my Oz - it looked pretty good.

If there's no scraping or kerbing I'd be tempted to mask the tyres off carefuly and use aerosol Smoothrite.

there was a write up on tt.net by Ash when he refurbed his Blitz 03's....
