Tyres diference anybody

Any one about... I need new tyres to day. Big sticky out nail in one ,other one gone down in Sympathy ......Need to know ..255 40 ZR 17. on at present can I use 255 35 17. or 260 40 17 or 255 45 17... Or will I muck up Handeling .Acceleration top end...Etc Nearest to Sheppy for deals.

    Stick to 255/40/17 mate.

     

    255/45 will have a greater rolling diameter and feck up speedo readings; the other sizes are very rare hence unecessarily expensive.

     

    255/40 are readily available in most brands.

    Yep inline with what i was thinking..

    Kwik Fit Fitter (Snigger snigger)Told Me wont make any difference.

     

    I got some quite close to me ordered for Thurs so no play time this weekend.
