Fuel temp and det sensor

I've had the fault codes on the ECU for a while now and finally got around to a full diagnostic a couple of weeks ago and I deffinately have a fault with the fuel temp and det sensors.

 

My question is can I get these parts including wiring from anywhere other than Nissan and how much am I looking at? I've had a quote for a maximum of £250 labour costs too, what do you reckon?

    I know most people bypass the det sensor but seeing as the fuel temp is being done I thought it might be worth getting done at the same time.
