Drove over a bump in the road last night and all my lights went off and the high beam stuck permanently on. Got no dash lights, side (front or back) or headlights but high beam is on no matter where the indicator stalk is.

Indicators and brake lights work but thats it,

Any one had this before ???

Yep, providing the high beam goes out when you turn the side or head lights off.

It's just a fuse, though I can't remmeber which one exactly. In the footwell panel.

You have lost the side light feed, fuse for this is in eth drivers fottwell, top roiw third ftom the left. This circuit although for the side lights also feeds the dip beam relays, The main beam coming on is a result of this also, the fuse may have popped beacuse of a short usually at one of the headlight bulb.

middle row, 2nd fuse in mate, not as above

i had this their get ya home lights that come on if not the fuses that have been said my fault was one on the inside of the fuse panel in dvrs side you have fuses and relays behind the one thier you have to undo the fuse panel and check the fuses and relays have not come loose..

Yup, stupid fuse blown for side lights as said above. I had the same problem due to a crappy install of a rear fog light. Every time I tried turning the fog light off it would blow the fuse, leaving me with high beam only, with no other lights as you've mentioned.
