nzr - pc problem

My brother's girlfriend used my pc last week and now when I boot up I get a message saying that cwbcoe2.exe or qwf91c6.exe (which I can't find using search in explorer) could not load as there is not enough memory and to close some programs (or words to that effect). The pc is acting real slow i.e if you right mouse click the box sometimes takes a couple of seconds to come up. I'm also getting strange e-mails saying things could not be delivered when I havn't even sent them.

 

Could this be a virus? and I'm running windows me if that makes a difference.
