Don't worry, they'll be bankrupt soon and you'll be able to give your money to someone else for shite service !

When I got Blueyonder broadband, it was working very well for 2 months, then for 2 months it was horrid. You had to click about 10 times on a link before it did anything, most pages would time out and the whole net would go down for 2-3 days at a time, and when it was working downloads where about 10-20kbs and would aften crash in the middle.

But now it is superb, sites come up on the first click and within a second, downloads are 60-70kbs. It has gone down a few times but only for an hour or so, and I think its only happened 2-3 times in the past 5 months.

I'm sorry to say I work for the said 'troubled cable operator'....

I'll be happy to re-direct any complaints to the MDs office.

Not.

My BT runs like a dream and since they are such a rip off theres no way they will go bust lol

heard today that NTL have been kicked off some stock list cos their shares dropped so much.

$38 - 20 cents. smile.gif

Fortunately my NTL world account works, but have had plenty of probs in the past with them.

Used to have a 155Mb link from them at work. Not anymore, methinks they is buggered. smile.gif

My mate at work had them muppets in and man, what a joke!

They are shite! Game over for NTL shortly I reckon. wink.gif

yep, me too, and if you have problems with the broadband service provided through a digital set top box then please let me know - I am in a position to do something about it. dont contact me if you're running firewalls, hubs etc though. most of the faults that reach me are from those who either cant configure their own pc correct ly or they're think they're gonna be clever and set up firewalls etc. adam.sizer@cwcom.co.uk - on holiday for a week from today.

I note your email addy ends in cwcom.co.uk - I take it that this means your with ex-coco ntl home??

I was Ops T/L till last December's 're-shuffle' but luckily jumped ship to Broadcast just in time.

My BIA works a treat... and with the 50% associate discount, tastes even better!!! No probs with ntl at this end! Their cash pays for my Z... cheers!!!
