Hi All,

Posted a few days ago - i have screeching/rattling type sound coming from i think the rear passenger side wheel, im sure its either the pad or wheel bearings..just been onto Zedworld as they're only down the road from me but they're booked up till August..was hoping to get it looked at and sorted this weekend..anyone know anywhere in the Midlands Area where i could take it? suppose id prefer a specialst place really..

Thanks

have a look yourself, or any garage really (that you trust) shouldn't be too difficult to track down the problem. Few things to check:

worn pads (can't remember if there are wear indicators on the rears, but they squeal when there low)

play in the wheel (when jacked up!)

handbrake adjustment - unlikely, but the rear drum could be binding...

good luck!

could be worn handbrake shoes or one or both anti rattle springs in the handbrake have come loose.
