Oil in turbo

I removed turbo outlet pipe (drive side uk) and I found alot of oil on it. :(

I havn't test the boost pressure yet :rolleyes:

I guess it a seal in the turbo.

 

Will it work anyway or I need to change the seal?

 

Is there a rebuilt kit on th market?
