parked my zed at my old mothers last june to see iff she was still breathing and saw a warden plant a ticket on my window,went out and told him he was a complete twat. went back inside and about 20 mins later another one was left :xxx: refused to cough up and from then till now just got a bailiffs letter demanding £650 :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: looks like ile have to put my lepper outfit on and go and meet mr bailiff to shake some hands :rolleyes:

dont get me started on this one!! the other day a young woman was in an ambulance with her new born baby who had stopped breathing. Her car was illegally parked and a traffic warden (one of those paid by the ticket) was putting a ticket on her car. So me being me had to go over and give him what for, on explaining in a rather unsAvoury tone the reason for the car being left where it was, i was told " not my problem love, i got a family to feed!!"

Remember bailiff's have no right to enter your property so if they come a calling don't open the door. Shout through a window to get off you property or the police will be called to remove them from private property.

Sometimes I'm ashamed to consider myself british.....this country has become a joke, a soft spot for all and sundry to exploit. I mean, getting a parking fine because your newborn has stopped breathing is f***ing ridiculous, yet if you're an illegal immigrant who has no business in this country (let alone a driving licence) you can mow down an 11 year old on new years day and get a slap on the wrists! See i watched a program with balifts in and well I think they can call the poilce or something, If anyone wants me to find out the rules and regs, my mates one

 

BUT, traffic wardens F**K me off, I got a ticket at 5:59 when at 6 it was free and no I am not joking, was at my gym, people started shouting me up (pizza place next door) and by the time I got there, the traffic warden had gone, its not the type of gym you would stay around for (no women members, no cv equipment etc, lots of big weights)

 

I went looking for them but could not find them, was a few years back

Were you informed that this had gone to court, as the only way they can get balliffs involved is by getting a county court judgement against you, just check it out, and watch out for the hidden charges, because the baillifs will say they have called when they haven't. If in doubt, do not let them in, they can only gain accces when accompanied by the police

not true for all bailiff action they can with distraint enter your property this may involve employing locksmiths to break open doors etc all of which will be added to the bill....and trust me the police wont get involved on parking ticket bailiff collection except if the warrent has been made in error or a breach of the peace is in the offing

 

if you need ideas on how to get out of this ticket prob i may have the answer.....helped a guy last earlier this year with 8 parking tickets for over £1500 with various bailiffs got the whole lot down to just £60
