Quickie on bulbs (Really sorry to bring this up)

I know I am probably going to hell for this post regarding bulbs, but anyway here goes.

Having read the tech sec on bulb mod for a jap and looked at the various varieties in halfords, can anyone tell me how good the Bosch 453 bulbs are with Zenon or Xenon not sure which as they are supposed to be 30% brighter than a std 55w but they cost twice as much

Nexus,

Cool another bulb post!

I've tried the bulbs you suggest ...

Complete waste of time effort and money.

Fit a set of spots in the lower part of the spoiler as I have.

Bit fiddly getting the cabling thru to the cabin. But worth the effort.

An added bonus that the Z looke like an extra from 'Close Encounters' when approaching people from behind! ...

I just tried Halfords own 30% brighter xenon bulbs and they are a big improvement. They have some nice soldering points too (for those of us with Jap cars)

Last weeks Auto Express magazine had a big review of bulbs and they were very highly rated and fairly cheap.
