HI COULD ANYBODY POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, ENGINE WAS REBUILT ,CAR WAS RUNNING FOR APPROX 5 MINS THEN CUT OUT RUNNING RICH BEEN DOING THIS FOR AGES NOW SHE REFUSES TO START.GETTING FUEL AND A SPARK AT PLUGS BUT NO FIRE, MA HEADS TOTALLY MASHED WITH THIS PROB PLEASE HELP. :headvswal :x:

it's the temp.sensor for the dashboard gauge.

turn ignition on (don't start the car yet) and listen if you can hear the aux. fan turn on.

If so it could be 2 things: either main temp sensor is faulty (or bad connection/wiring) or the ECU is in failsafe mode, because of a more severe problem with the ECU itself.

if the fan doesn't turn on, do a ECU self diagnostic and see if it gives a code that could help you look into the right directionL
