As above. I've been on the search for any link that shows or explains a little on how to but aint had any luck yet. Could someone please give me a little light on this matter. I did just find out that you can by-pass with the dash in but nothing further on how to. I have got someone getting me sorted out with a matrix but am desperate to be on the road with her without having to keep an eye on the temperature gauge all the time. Could anyone help me??

behind the engine are the two hoses that go through the bulk head, all you need to do is get a piece of hose same diameter, and loop it back on itself and connect it to where these hoses connect on the back of the engine , make sure clamps are nice and tight, and maybe a good idea to re-do the coolant again and get all air bubbles out. by looping it back on itself the coolant continues circulatin round the engine. im having some food a min but i will take some pics in a few mins...

mmmm food!!! nothing stops that..

Thanks alot pk1. I'll be waiting for the pics as it will make life alot easier for me but do take your time with your food as I wouldn't want to come between you 2.

Thanks again.

ok all you do is get some pipe try and get some pre formed ( bent back on itself) if not you could do what i did and bend some 22mm copper pipe and clamp that to the ends of the pipe legnths. the two that come from the bulkhead can be tucked down out of the way. then fit the new one on the tips make sure you put some good clamps / jubille clips on them also. when fitting a bit of washing up liquid on the outside of the fitting will make it slide on easier.

Just want to say thankyou to pk1 as your replies and pics helped me 100% in being able to by-pass the heater matrix system myself. She is back on the road for now without the needle freaking me out. Thanks again pk1.
