Anyone running these in combo?

 

They have an extensive range of stuff for the Z and wanted something different from the usual stillen / eibach route.

So A) anyone running Nismo S tune Suspension and

B) anyone running whiteline anti-roll bars?

hi mate where in the states did you get your S-Tune suspension? have you fitted it yet? if so how is it?

 

I visit the states on business quite often so I would like to get some goodies from there too!

Mate when I go to the states on business (average once a month) I aways check out ebay motors.

Note http://www.ebay.com not .uk then if I see stuff I get it fedexed overnight to my hotel. The US postage system is way cheap for good overnight deliveries and you see loads of Z stuff on 'buy it now'.

Last time I was over for two weeks and the planets lined up enough for me to bag the nismo S tune suspension and nismo wheels.!!! :bow:

 

I also got my 'way-hard-to-get' carbing strut brace this same way which is truly a thing of beauty. All hotels in the US will sign for your packages so it is no hassle. I have been stopped by customs once asking what my stuff was but as soon as they see second hand parts and i am not a trader they don't care. The rule is of course don't take the piss and all is well.

Is this stuff made for the 350Z?

 

Nismo lmgt4 wheels sold in US won't fit a 300zx without much mods (way too much)

And I don't see the point of installing Nismo S-tune suspension kit if spring rate and damper is set for a different car???

 

If the items you bought are made for the 300zx I wan't pics ;)

there is a nismo s-tune suspension kit FOR the 300zx, as there are brake pads etc... s-tune doesnt refer to a car in particular. http://www.japanparts.com has some nismo z32 stuff you might want to look at.

 

also, what work needs to be done to fit lmgt4's to a z32? i was planning to get a set!

Nismo S tune and R tune suspension was commissioned for the 300zx I have the S tune (4-way damping adjustable front and rear and uprated springs). :bow: see pic

 

The wheels are Rays Nismo LMGT 2's which are definitely fitting the 300zx as they are the nismo wheels of the 300zx era where you could say the current LMGT 4's are the nismo wheel of the 350Z era. IMHO the LMGT2s are sweeter due to their split rim design :bow: see pre-re-furb pic below

nissan dealer in north america sell LMGT4 for 350z alot of em end up on ebay.

offset on a 350z is way different than the 300zx. Some lmgt4 fit the Z32 but i think they are 9 inches wide...

 

Nissan dealer in america introduced Nismo product recently. I tought they offer all the products of nismo...seems like i was wrong.

Eibach supply springs only...wheras Whitelanes offer uprated anti-roll bars.. Many reviews say that uprated anti-roll bars are the best handling miodification you can make, greatly reducing body roll/lean plus as they are adjustable you can alter the oversteer/understeer to suit your driving style.

 

...all with very mininal (basicallt unoticable) affects on ride quality, compared to stiffer/lowered shocks/springs.
