lol, don't worry hon, i worked my socks off during my placement year at barclays, saved them a million or so on a no go operation and got nothing. Was promised a bonus by the finance manager and he left before they issued them and so we got f**k all.

nope.. its not customer service.... we look after 6000 odd vehicles for our branches (making sure road worthy, breakdowns, services, tax, mot, blah blah, selling old ones, buying new ones....)
