hi all

my 300zx tt keeps on puting water out of the overflow every time i turn of my car and i do not no what is the cause of the problem is or is this normal

Stuck Ball-Cock,call a plumber. :x: No mate its probley yer got too much water in the expansion tank,just drain it off so that 1/4 remains and see how yer go.

i jacked car up on pass side, took inner arch liner scres off and peeled back, undid tank, and pulled neck uot through top of bonnet, then emptied it, and gave the fookin thing a real good clean out as it was coated in crap, cleaned neck and re-fitted. no problems since

If it does this after a hard drive its usually 1 of 3 things.

 

1. Rad cap not holding pressure - replace

2. Viscous fan not operating correctly - check and replace

3. Pressurised cooling system - usually blown headgasket :-(
