One of my neighbours has a 6.5L V8 Firebird from 73 - sounds exactly the same - even my wife asks: "does that sound right?"

 

Also.... being as it sounds the same, does that mean he hasn't dropped the compression ratio I wonder? Isn't it a bad idea on a forced induction engine, unless he's only running about
