ok...not bird shit..but tiny particles of metal (steel - now going rusty) where I was using angle grinder about 6 months ago. They're kind of stuck to the glass - but stratch off with my finger nail.

Any ideas

Have you tried a Karcher pressure washer?

Sometimes though the little bits melt the glass and embed themselves, I have 3 bits of stainless welded into my glasses from using the angle grinder. Will they come out? Will they fuck! frown.gif

if they come off with ur finger nail then a nice big stiff broom should do it, not so sure if it would scratch the glass though i wouldnt have thought so. But anyhow i would go for some sort of scraper. But knowing the zed you would wash some shards of metal into the engine bay and it would cause a short on something very major and end up with a dead engine or something ridiculous wink.gif

Hey m8

i'm pretty sure that autoglass or someone like that can polish the digs out for you. it requires them taking a layer of the screen off. not sure where i saw this but i think it was autoglass

cheers
