    Start by downloading messenger and install it.

    Now you can either do it 2 ways.

    1. Get a hotmail account and use that.

    2. When messenger is installed double-click on the icon and is asks you to log in. To the right of the log in it says "Dont have a pass port? Get one here"

    Click on that and follow the instructions.
