£700 the poor fella was quoted for the full respray. Well i paid £380 to have the whole side of my zed redone in wine red and it was A+, perfect color matching.

£700 was just the paint! (the wrong paint too!).

It was the insurance company paying the bill.

He should have come on here and gone to Bodywork Plus and got it done properly.

I'd be returning with the old trusty tyre iron if I'd been treated and threaten like that. However me hubbie would of been clinging to my leg in a vain attempt to stop me. what realy fooks me off is the fact that these guys are called bonsai cars, so you think they are jap specialists, ie lovers of all things jap, and have respect for the cars and pride in there work but there just fookin rip off panel beaters who couldnt give a toss.

having work done on your car these days cosmetic or mechanical is worse than going to the dentist :rant:

notice how all the supra owners want nissan colours(well two :p ) they all wish they had z32s really :D

I got my car from them...... and i must agree they are the pits.... they took forever to get the paperwork done, when i got the car.. the glove box was not stuck in, they couldn't be bothered... had to do it on my own....

and there is so much i could go on about... but i best not, coz the girl that works there is Ant's cousin (my dude)

I must say, the car is looking good with the glove box and new seat in. Finding a Z drivers sear with origianl cloth upolstry and no holes is like finding rocking horse shite but hey, we managed to do it !!!! :nana2: :nana2: :nana2: :hyper:
