I used my Datascan on anothers members car which came up with a code 34 error in the ECU which I cleared, but I also noticed his O2 sensor read between 3 and 4 where as mine reads between 8 and 9? Also when I started my car this morning after left standing over night my timing was at 25 which has now gone to 15 as normal after a run is this right? But all in all my Z is running as sweet as a nut. P.s it's an N/A

Yep, perfectly normal.

On my last cold start my timing was a s high as 35, no idea if thats right or not really ? After the run once it had warmed up went back to about 15, thinkive got a lazy left o2 sensor as well so that might be effecting the timing at idle when cold

timing is taken when the engine is warm, when cold there will be some advance

can we use the datascan to set the timing??
