what can i eat, when on the atkins diet ie:breakfast, dinner, tea

Yep beware of so called low snacks, they might contain a little less fat but are over the top in sugar bad for your teeth and your blood sugar count also they'll be rather high on the Calories side too most of the time.

I wish I could put weight on. I eat so much food and cr@ppy food and I still only weigh 11 stone. I am over 6 foot so I look like a broom handle. As for clothes, try getting a 30" waist with a 34" inside leg.

i find it funny when you check out food packets saying "really low fat" or something to that effect and yes, it is true, there are maybe 5g of fat. but there are like 40g of carbs, most of it sugar!!

I stayed around 13.5 stone all my adult life. I hadn't an ownse of fat on me, but being sporty I was always lean. I hit forty and its a real fight to keep it off. The only sure way is to Exersie.
