Since getting my car on the road for this season a seem to have a problem with my boost controller.

 

As soon as i acclerate hard the alarms sounds and the car starts jerking!

 

When i had the boost controller fitted the alarm was set @ 16 and still is... any body no what can be done.... none of the settings have been altered since it was installed last year!!! and the car was perfect.

Could be a hose has perished or come off one of the wastegate lines or the solenoid?

 

Had the car checked today and all seems fine on that front.....is it worth giving me the settings and see if they are the same as you originally installed [if this is poss!!]

These are kirbz settings.He seems to know his stuff.

 

 

 

Right settings

 

Lo

 

Set - 25%

Gain - 25%

Set Gain - 0.50

Warning - 1.00

Warning L - 0%

 

Hi

 

Set - 45%

Gain 40%

Set Gain - 0.75

Warning - 1.15

Warning L - 0%

 

On low runs about 8-9 psi so standard boost and hi about 15 psi

 

Or do a search on profec b settings.
