As title :D ........ well?

 

Mine was overhearing some bloke talking to his lad regarding the various spoilers that were on the Zeds around mine (I was inside with the window down) They were discussing what they liked about each of the three that were on the two red Zeds in front of mine, and my new 99 spec. One was a high-line spoiler and the other was a Monza. In the end they decided that they preferred the 99 spec (and yes they did know what type it was) as it was more subtle! I was quite pleased about that.

 

There were so many things that I did like about the whole day, in general, but the above just struck a chord with me. Another point was introducing Karen to the track time, she was enthralled by all the cars on the track, and now can't wait until Trax and Japfest 2 later in the year (arr, ain't that sweet? ;) )

As it was the first time I had been to a meet, mine was seeing the Zeds from the two clubs in one place.

best part was being with friends i dont see often.

followed by my 2nd track outing, that was fun, and having glen in the car telling me i was doing well, even though i knew i wasnt lol

Had to be watching the Chunkster in an N/A zed, chasing down everything on the track, and keeping ahead of the TT's!!

Mine wasn't that great but only from the perspective of the fact I was there for hardly any time! Met Danny, Suzy and Marcus and had a good blather, helpful lady with pram in the tent was cool as well, just a shame I got there so late in the day and had to leave so soon after, didn't even get the mad old wench to the stand as I thought it would have been too late (14:30) to drive up to it.

 

Sad as it sound the best bit was as I was bimbling round the long way kicking myself for not reading the map all the Zs started going round and that was great fun, shame to see the red one get thrown at the scenery though :(

Going round the track in passenger seat with T pot and seeing alot of cars I have worked on looking nice and running well. (except one) lol

i liked watching crashes especially the omega that went backwards into the wall :)

Anyway, not only did none of the TT's catch me up, i overtook 2 of them :D!!

Rung every last ounce of power out of it even with my fat ass in the passenger seat :D lol So good the tyres were smoking even after we pulled into the zed section to park up again lol
