Yup, not sure where you got the idea it was using a varient of the VG30DETT. It's actually using a Ford V6 duratec engine which has been twin turbo charged.

No its a Coswerth engine which uses the Ford/Jag 3.0 ltr block with all Coswerth internals and is much more powerful, Lighter and will tollerate much higher state of tunning from standard engine and tubs than the VG30DETT would ever do. + To get a Zed to perform like the Noble Would cost much more than the Noble in the first place. The whole consept of trying to compare a Zed with something like a Noble is Barking.

The Noble is nimble well balanced and imense power to weight ratio. The 300ZX is a large heavy reasonable handling Grand Tourer with great looks and reasonable performance. Come on get real FFS.

Wasnt the comparison being made that both have 3ltr v6 twin turbos - not that a noble has a vg engine ?!?

ย

I can imagine that its impressive. Even mine with with the 555 injectors, bigger turbos and the JD went like fook. Just smoked like the Batmobile with the smoke screan switched on.
