Ok, long shot here.

Any one know what the correct threads are for the flexible brake pipes (TT J-spec). Just got some off flea bay (idiot) they have a male M10x1 thread one end and a female 3/8 UNF thread the other end. This is wrong I'm thinking.

Can't imagine the japs using UNF.

I had the same problem. If you drop goodridge a line they can supply different nipples as the 300 has different variations,Mines a 92 jap.I got around it by changing the male to female with a pipe swageing kit (never used one before easy enough) and getting the nuts from any motor factors.

P.S.i'm no mechanic i've just picked things up from here.If you try it it's not as hard as you think,if you get stuck where here to help.

colincatchpole:You should be able to return them as they dont fit (eg they contravene the sale of goods act) and the retailer should relace them for you.

i've had the same probleme and still waiting for the good one !
