Niether!-Top tip, drill through the old ones(I know the bloody drill again!) and pass an hacksaw blade through the hole,connect to saw and cut through outer bush casing,t*at it with a hammer and it pops out!

The poly's press in by hand! :D

Yep, used a drill and hacksaw blade on mine actually. Had to use a vice to pop the first flange into the hole first :) THEN, I was able to push the rest in by hand.

 

How bad where your old ones? Mine had leaked everywhere, and the car definitely felt more positive on the brakes and a little better on the steering too after fitting the poly bushes.

How £ were they are they black or red ive seen both before some where

LOL!-old ones where totally fooked mate!-haven't driven yet but if it stops the wheel wobbling I'm happy! ;) (Only used me hands ya' wuss! ;) )
