Found things wrong, need help.

Alright here is the deal, I went to get an alignment courtesy of the guy I bought it from and I had them check the car all they way over and found the following things wrong I plan to do in the next week. I am new to this car and dont know what kind of materials or fluids to buy or specialty tools so if you tell me or post links make sure to tell me those things, I appreciate you guys so much, I am in love with this car already.

1. Brake system flush

2. Hydrolic clutch flush, the fluid is mushy, old.

3. Replace front brakes (pads)

4. They wrote: Engine leaking from rear main seal. Not sure what this means?

5. Transmission is leaking, not sure what to do, apparently bad though.

6. Rear end differential is leaking

7. Need to replace all rear bushings, to align properly, he said there are 8.

8. I need a new battery.

9. I also need new tires, anybody have new or USED ones that I can buy cheap.

Thanks for all your help if you post please be sure to include fluid and what not, thanks so much for your help, I am good with cars and tools and doing stuff just not with this car yet. so i need directions. Thanks, Jordan

By the way I live in the U.S. in Texas, if anyone else does, thats nearby FT. Worth

rear main seal wont be cheap to do ,, its either remove gearbox job or and engine as it sits between the gearbox and engine,,the seal itself is cheap but the labour to get to it wont be !!
