Zeppelin to me were the ultimate Rock band and I doubt will ever be topped for musicianship. There's no denying that ol Coverdale has a great voice but I think he owes it all to Robert Plant who let's be fair he ripped off. I do like 'the snake' and think the 1987 John Sykes period was good but for me the Mick Moody and Bernie Marsden line up was the best IMHO ;)
