I'm a real :smw: when it comes to car servicing etc in the UK...not used to all of it... always used to just dump the car on dad, and he sorted it out...

well, the old car being a 1.4l vauxhall was pretty peanuts to service and sort out, boyfriends dad did all of it... now no offence or anything, but i dont know if i can trust him with the Z --> being a top car n all

(wow lets hope he doesn't read that bit ^ :headvswal )

What sort of garages do you guys take em to.... are their specialized places etc... or just the local up the road !?!?! (come on hampshire folk... let me in on your secret!!) :p

Much better using a z specialist as the nissan dealers know bugger all about Zeds as do the average grease monkey garage. Saying that the standard service stuff is pretty easy anyhow, oil, filters, etc.

Tbh..if its just basic servicing you want done - Plugs, Filters, oil..etc then anyone experienced around cars will be able to do it. Its not really any different.

Its only when you get to the more complex tasks, like fault finding or major work thats its often best to use a specialist.
