i need a cat back exhaust for my twin tirbo fairlady z.

Custom ones are common, and you can even specify the type of sound you want.

Veilside Evolution exhaust...if you can still get them. Make the most glorious, but refined burble. Legrath can vouch for that.

the only exhaust i've been able to find is the mongoose. is this any good?

they are ok but nothing to write home about,you should be able to get loads more than that, are you wanting it fitting or you gonna do it yourself?

I think it's under £400 for a full cat back system - your choice of back box styles.

 

They'll fit if for £25 if you can get to them.

 

I think they make Mongoose exhausts (and standard equipment for lots of big names like TVR, Bentley etc).

 

Some folks on here had them and were very pleased.
