Jap import T.V tuner

I aquired a tv head unit with my z it seems to be standard equipment but i can only pick up poor quality pictures and no sound does anyone know if i can get this fixed or converted to work in uk if need be. Also does anyone know if you can wire these to work with a different head unit or do i have to keep listening to radio 2?

In order to get the T.V to pick up UK stations you'll need a NTSC to PAL converter, and in order to pick up radio, you'll need FM expanders, the FM expanders cost about £20, whereas a NTSC to pal converter can cost a few hundred £s.

for video converters and stuff, it might be worth trying www.lektropacks.co.uk

I don't know whether they have got any in-car specific but they seem to know their stuff about standards conversion.
