I have just recieved an auto-email notification that someone has replied to my advert in the forsale section for my 300zx. Now when going to reply to this I have found that my advert/thread has been removed???

 

Can someone please enlighten me as to why the hell it's been removed?? Or more to the point why i've had no notification or reason why it has??

 

Im not a trader or anything like, just trying to raise funds for my upcoming wedding, so this you can understand really isnt helping!

In that case why has my advert been up for months but yet only just been removed??

 

But if that's the case i'd rather put £20 towards an Autotrader advert.

There was nothing rude about that post what so ever. I have not come on here for a debate anyway, i've asked a question, i've got an answer... case closed.

 

Anyway, i think rude is where you have your advert removed without any notification or reason.

It's in the AUP. So you get a pre-notification when registering.

I think its rude when you can't be bothered to read the rules of a forum, and then start to kick off because you didnt get some free advertising.

 

By all means take your £20 and spend it on Autotrader, but I think you'll find that the amount they require for a weeks advertising costs a load more than an entire years worth on here, and when you advertise on here you wont get rung up 24/7 by tire kickers, timewasters, test pilots, chavs and those agencies who insist 'we can sell your car for you, honest'.

Slight case of throwing your toys out of the pram. IMHO you cann't realy complain you've been given a few months free advertising already. So simply admit your've made a mistake as we all do from time to time. No ones going to blame you.

Just to clear this one up. I never got any notification when I join about any costs for membership and/or posting, but then again when I look at the joining dates I did join years before any of you lot who have posted, when there was no charge...... Probably why.

 

Im not "throwing my toys out the pram" at all. Plus if you think that my original post was rude then fair enough your entitled to your opinion, but to be honest your probably over sensitive if you do.
