My zed started boosting a wee bit over the 13 psi the controller was set to, so at the boat chunk and i lowered the settings on the controller to keep it at 13 ish, just took her out and shes trying to boost upto 15 with the lower settings.

Even when i turn the controller off i get a boost of about 14 psi when i should be seeing around 9.

I think ive eliminated the soleniod as if i give it 12v dc to the connecter, its clicking like it should.

Any ideas appreciated.

Off top of me head mate, check the hoses aren't crimped/trapped and may be worth checking the controller solenoid valve is free, could also be sticky wastegates?

could possibly be a sticky wastegate, keep an eye otherwise if it does stay open completly it will boost until infinity and wont do the turbos any good :nelson:

If its clicking with a 12v supply then surely it means its free?

Any way of looking at the wastgates without tearing the car apart?
