Hi,

I've spent far too much time lurking in the background reading all the posts so I thought I'd join in. Seems like a great forum and a good bunch of people!

I've had my 300zx tt for one week now and absolutely love it! What a change from my 1.6L 206!

It needs a few things doing to it like replacing the water laden spoiler, a cracked rear brake light cover and getting the alloys refreshed/replaced but apart from that, it seems to be mechanically sound. Should be - it was my Dad's from new!

I'm looking forward to joining in.

Matthew

Wow, 3 replies in less than 10 minutes!

The offer of the brake light cover is much appreciated Paul, but the car doesn't even have a spoiler brake light. (car is probably too old. Or did UK cars just not get spoiler brake lights?) I meant the right hand side cover for the brake lights and indicator bit. Some kid threw a stone at it last year and now it has cracked in the winter weather.

I'll try and get to the Mascrat meet on monday 8th. I'm sure you can offer me some advice on making it shine like the rest of your cars! Plus maybe you can tell if/what needs doing to the mechanicals - want to keep it running nicely!

Thanks for the replies, I feel welcomed!
