Hi Guys i have a Gericom Writemaster DVD writer and cant find a driver for it.

Does anyone know where i can get one?

My computer just keeps coming up with unknown dvice.

They didn't work? oh well, maybe the drive is dead? They're pretty cheap now I guess.

Sounds a peculiar device. All DVD writers and other CD\DVD drives should work with standard Windows 2000\XP drivers without having to download something extra.

I've had some writers not work when connected to certain motherboards, I would try it in someone else's PC and use Nero 6/7 because XP's 'built-in' writing software is sh1t. Tried it in work on a variety of machines most of which had some issue or other, Nero always works.
