263/35 on 18" rims - decently priced performance tyres needed in the SW.

New tyres needed. Fronts are pretty new but rears are close to legal limit and I wouldn't chance any high speed action on them. Can anyone point me in the direction of decently priced performance tyres? I'm based in the SW. Help appreciated.

I used Devon tyres in sowton Exeter Toyo Proxes T1s £85 per corner.

Fairplay. They sound like just the ticket. Don't s'pose they're on-line? I'll find out.

Nah mate I do'nt think so I will check. I am thinking now they may call them selves Mid Devon Tyres. http://www.city-visitor.com/exeter/tyres.html. Do you know where middle moor police station is?? Head down that road go under the bridge heading towards the big services r/about then just on the right hand side you will see an entrace where the quarry is, turn down there and there units are just at the back. I fitted 18" with 265/35 P-Zero's when I did my car up MY GOD there rubbish in the wet !!!! Back end locks up on down changes and in the dry I can light them in third on full loud pedal, reminds me of my old FJ1200. Anyone had the same ?? What should I fit?? Apart from a lighter right foot of course :)
