trying to remove the nasty scabby spoiler just now, but have run into a slight problem, you can see from the picture attached that im trying to getv the gunk off, but my string only gets that far, it appears theres a bolt there, but having removed all the boot trim I can't see a damn bolt head anywhere. Any clues on how to get this damn thing off?

Thanks

ok, so how would I get it off?
If you can get behind it you could just push the two push clips that hold it on. In my case I gave up trying that and just gave it a good yank, not recommended if you intend to keep the spolier in the same condition!

rip the fookin thing off, i tried that stupid arse cable trick, and then got so pissed off i gently... ripped tha goddamn fookin thing off.. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

hmm, i'd like it to still be in a usable condition afterwards though ;)

wheels are Titan Zeus's, I know nothing about the manufacturer sorry. They look quite pretty but the brake clearance is rubbish, I don't think i'll have any luck fitting big brakes behind them.

Thanks,

Just thought they look quite business like. Do you live in Manchester?

I am in Altrincham.

SHould you end up selling your wheels to fit larger brakes then drop me a line as I intend to keep my car so that I can fit standard wheels when I want to.

Nice. The IMPUL stuff is very nice.

If you're going for that, does this mean you'll be going for the bumper extensions etc?

im undecided on the bumper, the rear is staying stock but the front could go either 99 spec or scarab.

Deffo not Scarab. Just doesn't match up with the rest of the car unless you start filling all the swage lines ETC.

Scarab looks nice on some, but you need to have some complimentary body mods for them to look right IMHO. Otherwise they just look like an aftermarket bumper that's been thrown on there.

You know with the Clean look and the car all pollished up the car looks almost like a brand new concept car. Kind of reminds me of the Dodge Challenger concept but much better looking.

can u use the old brakelight from the spoiler to fit behind the new perspex cover you fit??
