decisions decisions

right got a cracking set of alloys which need refurbing. now do i get the coated completely or chromed?? im scoping for ideas guys and i know its my choice at the end of the day but what do YOU think.

they are LENSO RK'S originally looked like this

attachment.php?attachmentid=20903&stc=1

now so far because of the polished lip ive decided not to have them recondition to there original spec as it cost way too much quoted £100 per wheel.

now i have been given great quotes for both the bright chroming and the colour coding eg silver

what can i say im over the moon. now to find someone to refurb them .

had a great quote for £100 to bright chrome them :hyper: for all 4

I have some OEMs and I would love to chrome them. Please le me know who gave you the quote?

I personally think you should get them chromed, and if they don't suit, do what you said and mask rim and silver the spokes!

i agree, must make sure they're gonna do a quality job chroming the wheels, especialy if you use the motor through the winter as the salt/grit they put on the roads aswell as other sh1t can etch the chrome away.

IMHO mate-chrome wheels are tacky!-think the silver or shadow chrome myself ;)

Centres of my Rays wheels are chromed.

I like chromed rims, but only certain styles wear them. Dished flat 5 spokes such as this make me dribble....
