Just bought a TT. Fantastic car but the brakes are spongey. Is that a big deal or just a fluid change. New to Z's.

check to make sure you dont have a fluid leak under the master cylinder onto the brake servo very common

the front pistons are prone to siezing in the calipers. check to see if all the pistons can be pushed back.

if not you can get new seal kits & rebuild them

I had some problems with my brakes just before Christmas. I took the Z to my friendly local garage and the mechanic goes "I think you've blown a seal".

I said - "no - its just some frost on my lip".
