Had a small water leak at the back of the engine, you could hear the odd fizz fizz sound as it hit the exhausts. Replaced the to hoses that go into the heater, but its still there? The new hoses arnt leaking and as far as i can tell nor is the little one just below them (reached down to see if I could feel any water). Anywhere else it could be from, seems to be dripping near center at the back of engine, slightly towards the passenger side.

there are loads of smaller waterpipes under and fastened to the plenum,do a search for the water bypass, did mine whilst the plenum was off along with a number of other things.

hope this helps Marcus

cheers mate, looks like i'm gonna get my hands dirty again.

have you had your air con running, i get that from the bulh head area after the air has been on. Think it could be a pipe froze up then thaws when engine turned off in my case so before you dismantle check yours

good point i have been running the air con all the time at the mo as otherwise screen mists up real quick.

when it happens go to the rear of the passenger side front wheel

Look about a foot into the middle and see if you can see, feel it dripping there, that was the aircon on mine

most common leak is the passenger side turbo feed, runs directly at 45degrees side of the bellhousing

might not be that looks likes its dripping onto the heatsheild slightly to drivers side (back middle of engine) its leaking right where you would expect the hoses that goto the heater are but its seem slightly lower down. deffo not the heater hoses as i have checked them and no leaks.

it will be one of the tee's that go under the plenum to turbos i would imagine
