Still free? Says he has an 8month prison sentence.

**...don't know what entails a suspended sentence as I've never been in trouble with the law.

does it mean if hes a good boy for 18month he doesnt have to go to prison,

its a fookin joke!!!

Bloke knocked me off my GSXR my side of the road no lights on a drunk no insurance on a 10 year ban. I suffered compound fracture bike total right off. He left me at the side of the road "Cause he thought I was dead" ... What did he get I hear you as .... Comunity service gardening next door to my parents house.. Where is the justice in this world?? .. I'm going to take up armed robbery has to be more profitable than sorting cars and the VAT can't take 50% of yer takings.. :)

Should have been locked up FFS - I mean those two chaps caught racing in Scotland (One drove a 300zx) were imprisoned. They both had licences, insurance and never hit anything/anyone

As for the 2 year ban - makes me laugh; he was driving without a licence anyway so that won't stop the tosser driving again
