Right I done a diagnostic before with a couple of errors. Fixed these and getting 55s now.

But I am still on safety boost. I replaced the hoses to normal (had 1mm tips in before) and still not reaching above 7.

Any ideas?

check your timing is correct and setup for 15degrees

do you have an accurate aftermarket boost gauge,it could either be dicky or you may have a boost leak

if you still get no joy maybe try a compression check as mine was running slow and it turned out to be low on compression like

Cool, ill get someone with mre experience on the likes to help me out. I have never done any timing checks or corrections before.

It is a brand new boost gauge, exact same as Chris at Greddy was selling so doubt it is a prob.

Thanks

make sure the wastegate actuator solenoids are connected.

If the car has had a boost controller fitted in the past (by a previous owner), these solenoids are most likely disconnected.

either side of the plenum, theres a black plug coming up of the actuator they should be plugged in,if there not do so

Each side you have the hardpipe that enters the turbo elbow, there you have the wastegate actuators, pis of plug your looking for
