Im going for 4 wheel alignment on Friday after ive fitted my coilovers but the guys at RSE Motorsport are asking if i have set them to 300zx spcific geometry

I thought it was just a case of adjusting ride height anddamper and away you go.But apparently not.

Can anyone who has coilovers help me with this one please?

Thanks

Steve.

you should be fine on the rear, but unless you have adjustable upper arms on the front they wont be able to adjust camber. mine was done without a problem

Hi Yas

Yeh theres 3 specific locking nuts and they reckon they have to be set more or less right before they can align them.

1 spring damper nut

2 ride height

3 i think locking nut

ahhh you mean the big nuts on the body of the coilover, my precompression nut (the two directly under the spring) came set from the supplier and they told me not to mess with it so i didnt, the other nut you use to adjust the ride height and that depends on you, as long as you have both sides (ns and os) the same you should be fine. Just tell the allignment place its set up correct.
