any one got an expansion tank if i need one got a 1990 tt import and are they difficult to change

Remove arch liner on passenger side undo 3 10mm bolts and squeze clip to undo overflow pipe which leads to rad neck.Under bonnet pull out filler .There is a over flow hole in the bottle near the neck.Clean bottle out and fill to max mark which is marked on the bottle .Mine had rad cap problems and bottle kept getting full and collant was coming out of the overflow i changed rad cap for hks one problem solved.

any one got any suggestions for aftermarket ones??? junked mine from around the intercoolers, want one that will fit nicely in the battery tray.

There was a report on another thread regarding modifying a 300zx by JWT. It's part VII or something like that and they show a smaller expansion bottle positioned to what looks like the side of a sidemount intercooler. You need to call Demon tweeks for something like that.....or phone around some high performance garages for ideas....
